OPEN POSITIONS
Project Manager – In this position, you will be responsible for taking control of building process, supervising multiple jobs and teams to meet deadlines, budgets, and working with owners, clients and sub-contractors. Job duties include computer skills and supervising rough and finish carpentry, demolition, steel erection, steel fab, insulation, drywall, roofing, job clean-up and close-out.
Foreman – In this position, you will be handling day-to-day tasks of building, supervising, training staff and meeting deadlines. Job duties may include rough and finish carpentry, demolition, building and steel erection, steel fab, insulation, drywall, roofing, and job clean-up.
Laborer – In this position, you will be assisting with day-to-day tasks of building. Job duties include rough and finish carpentry, demolition, building and steel erection, steel fab, insulation, drywall, roofing, and job clean-up.
To be successful in these open positions, job requirements include but not limited to:
- Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
- Knowledge of basic math skills and how to read a tape measurer
- Detailed workmanship
- Ability to lift, push or pull heavy items consistently (minimum 50-100 pounds)
- Ability to walk, for long periods of time, while performing the work
- Being comfortable with heights
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining a safe work environment
- Ability to operate hand tools and equipment
- Willingness to travel and work in job locations – in the state of Wisconsin
- Ability to work independently
- Desire to learn
- Valid driver’s license
