About MJI

OUR MISSION

We lead with transparency, trust, and teamwork. Every decision we make, every project we take on, reflects these principles. We communicate openly, act with integrity, and work together to achieve results that last. Our goal is simple: to be the contractor of choice for growing businesses and organizations, building structures and infrastructure that allow communities to thrive.

OUR VISION

To be the contractor of choice, known for building lasting relationships and enduring work. We aim to create a legacy for our clients, our team, and our communities — always guided by transparency, trust, and teamwork.

OUR HISTORY

MJI Building Services began in December 2014, when Mark started out with a car full of tools and a determination to build things right. Early on, he helped other contractors with framing, finish carpentry, and a variety of jobs — earning a reputation for reliability and skill.

As the company took on its own projects, its name began to carry weight in the industry. In 2017, Brian Van Boxtel joined the team, bringing experience and perspective that allowed MJI to expand its work and formalize as a corporation.

Today, MJI Building Services is a design/build general contractor built on transparency, trust, and teamwork. Using proven methods and a commitment to continuous improvement, we deliver projects that last. From new construction and additions to build-outs and remodeling, we focus on doing the right thing — every time.
